Guinea 3,000 SQM film greenhouses loading container

Recently, a 3,000-square-meter intelligent film greenhouse project manufactured by Hualiang Greenhouse successfully completed production, testing, and loading, and was officially shipped to Guinea, a West African country. This batch of greenhouse equipment will be used in a local high-end cash crop demonstration park, helping Guinea improve its agricultural infrastructure and intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

The exported film greenhouses are specifically designed for Guinea's tropical monsoon climate. They utilize a fully hot-dip galvanized light steel frame, making the structure robust and corrosion-resistant, adaptable to high temperature, high humidity, and coastal salt spray environments. The greenhouse covering layer uses high-quality PO film, which has high light transmittance, is anti-aging, and anti-drip, providing a stable light and heat environment for crops.

In terms of environmental control, the project integrates an electric film-rolling system that automatically opens and closes side and top windows based on indoor temperature and humidity, achieving natural ventilation. It also features a wet curtain fan cooling system, which can effectively reduce the indoor temperature by 4–8°C during the dry season, meeting the summer production needs of leafy vegetables, tomatoes, peppers, and other crops. The two systems work together to significantly reduce manual intervention and improve the precision of climate management.

This batch of greenhouse equipment includes all frame connectors, film-rolling motors, wet curtains, fans, control systems, and installation accessories. Before shipment, the factory completed pre-assembly testing and provided a French-language installation manual and remote guidance services to ensure rapid on-site implementation for the customer.

The Guinean buyer stated, "Chinese-made film greenhouses have significant advantages in cost-effectiveness and adaptability. This 3,000-square-meter facility will serve as our first demonstration site for promoting the 'greenhouse + integrated water and fertilizer' planting model, and we expect yields to increase by more than two times after it goes into operation." This successful shipment marks a further expansion of Hualiang Greenhouse in the West African agricultural facilities market. The company will continue to focus on the needs of tropical and subtropical regions, providing a full-chain service from design and manufacturing to overseas installation guidance.
