Recently, a modern 2,500-square-meter solar greenhouse manufactured by Hualiang Greenhouse was officially shipped to Uzbekistan, marking renewed recognition for Chinese facility agriculture technology in the international market. Integrating multiple advanced agricultural technologies, this greenhouse will provide a comprehensive solution for Uzbek agricultural production.
This solar greenhouse utilizes a high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel frame structure, which is highly corrosion-resistant and boasts a service life of up to 15 years. The greenhouse is covered with a specialized plastic film with high light transmittance and anti-aging properties, providing optimal light conditions for crop growth.
The greenhouse is equipped with a comprehensive intelligent environmental control system: a blanket insulation system effectively reduces heat loss at night, significantly reducing energy consumption; an external shading system automatically adjusts to light intensity to protect crops from sunburn; a heater system ensures a stable indoor temperature in winter, extending the crop growth cycle; a cooling pad and fan cooling system effectively reduces temperature and increases humidity during high summer temperatures; and a roll-film ventilation system seamlessly combines natural ventilation with temperature regulation.
The project leader stated, "This greenhouse system is uniquely suited to the Central Asian climate. It will help local growers overcome challenges such as large temperature swings and significant seasonal changes, enabling efficient year-round production of fruits and vegetables."
This collaboration not only demonstrates the advanced level of Chinese agricultural facility technology but also represents a significant achievement in agricultural cooperation between China and Uzbekistan under the Belt and Road Initiative. The implementation of this project will promote the development of modern agricultural technology in Uzbekistan, improve the supply and quality of local agricultural products, and create more local employment opportunities.
The greenhouse is expected to arrive in Uzbekistan by the end of this month. Chinese technicians will guide installation and commissioning to ensure the project's rapid operational start-up. Future cooperation between the two sides will deepen in areas such as agricultural technology training, variety introduction, and agricultural product sales.
