The soilless system is used coconut coir as substrate.
The coconut coir is put in strip plastic bag by buyer. The bag is made from high density UV polyethylene. Bag size: 1000*150*150mm or 1000*200*100mm
The substrate bag is put in the PVC trough. The waste nutrient solution from irrigation, leaks to the intervals at the bottom of PVC trough, and is discharged from the low side. The PVC trough is put on the shelves, made of hot galvanized steel and the height is adjustable. The PVC trough size is width 200mm and height 75mm. Both sides have end caps. And one side has drainage hole.
