Terrain selection

The construction of greenhouses should be done on relatively flat terrain with sufficient light and good ventilation. First of all, low-lying terrain should be avoided to prevent water accumulation from damaging facilities or crops; secondly, terrain with sufficient sunlight should be selected to improve photosynthesis efficiency and promote crop growth; at the same time, terrain with good ventilation should be selected to facilitate the discharge of excessive heat and humidity in the greenhouse and maintain a good environment in the greenhouse.

Greenhouse structure design The structure of the greenhouse should take into full consideration various factors, such as climate, rainfall, wind speed, lighting, etc., to ensure that it can withstand natural disasters. The following aspects should be noted in the design:

Frame structure: The frame structure should be made of corrosion-resistant, wind-resistant and durable materials, such as steel and aluminum alloy. At the same time, factors such as the service life and economic cost of the greenhouse should also be considered.

Covering materials: The covering materials should be made of materials with good light transmittance, good thermal insulation and high durability, such as polycarbonate and glass. Different covering materials have different advantages and scopes of application, and need to be selected according to actual conditions.

Ventilation system: The design of the ventilation system should fully consider the circulation and stability of the airflow so that the air in the greenhouse can circulate evenly. The ventilation system generally includes ventilation windows, fans, exhaust ducts, etc.

Humidification system: The humidification system should be designed in combination with the environmental conditions in the greenhouse, and humidification can be carried out by spraying, evaporation and other methods.

Irrigation system: The irrigation system should be designed considering factors such as the growth characteristics of crops and the supply capacity of irrigation water sources, and drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, water curtains and other methods can be used for irrigation.

Greenhouse material selection

Greenhouse materials should be selected based on comprehensive factors such as regional climate conditions, service life and budget. Common materials include:

Frame structure materials: steel, aluminum alloy, etc.

Covering materials: polycarbonate, glass, polyethylene, etc.

Ventilation system materials: stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.

Irrigation system materials: PVC pipe, PE pipe, etc.

When selecting materials, attention should be paid to the quality and performance of the materials to ensure the durability and safety of the greenhouse.

Greenhouse environmental control

The environmental control of the greenhouse includes the control of temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration, light and other factors. These factors have an important impact on crop growth and yield. In order to control these factors, the greenhouse needs to be equipped with corresponding environmental control equipment, such as temperature sensors, humidity sensors, CO2 concentration sensors, light sensors, etc. According to the feedback signal of the sensor, the ventilation, humidification, cooling and other equipment in the greenhouse can be adjusted to maintain suitable environmental conditions and promote crop growth and yield.

Greenhouse management

Greenhouse management involves many aspects, such as crop selection, sowing, seedling raising, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease control, etc. In the management process, attention should be paid to the following aspects:

Crop selection: Crops suitable for local climatic conditions and market demand should be selected, and factors such as crop planting cycle and yield should be taken into consideration.

Sowing and seedling raising: Appropriate sowing and seedling raising methods should be selected according to the growth characteristics and needs of crops to promote the growth and development of crops.

Irrigation and fertilization: Reasonable irrigation and fertilization should be carried out according to the needs of crops and local climatic conditions to improve crop yield and quality.

Pest and disease control: Reasonable pest and disease control methods should be adopted to reduce crop losses and quality reduction.

The construction skills of greenhouses involve many aspects, and various factors need to be considered comprehensively to ensure the stability, safety and yield of greenhouses.
